Susie Wolff, MBE, is a pioneering figure and executive in global motorsport, currently serving as the Managing Director of the F1 Academy, the all-female driver category dedicated to developing the next generation of female talent. Her career is a testament to perseverance in a male-dominated profession, culminating in her historic achievement as the first woman to take part in a Formula 1 race weekend in 22 years at the 2014 British Grand Prix.

Wolff’s competitive driving career began on the karting track and spanned Formula Renault and DTM for Mercedes-Benz. Following her retirement from driving in 2015, she channeled her commitment to positive change into founding Dare To Be Different in 2016, a powerful call to action aimed at increasing female participation across all levels of motorsport. Her dedicated work in this area was formally recognized with an MBE in 2017.

Her transition to executive leadership saw her appointed Team Principal and later Chief Executive Officer of ROKiT Venturi Racing in Formula E.
