This Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for refunds and cancellations related to speaker bookings and services provided by Mishika Kochar ("Mishika Kochar", "we", "our", or "us") through www.speakship.com ("Website").
Refund Eligibility
All payments made for speaker bookings, event engagements, and related services are final and non-refundable. We do not currently offer refunds for any services rendered or committed to through our platform.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Speaker booking fees
- Event coordination and logistics fees
- Consultation and curation fees
- Any advance payments or deposits
Non-Refundable and Non-Cancellable Services
All services offered by Mishika Kochar are non-refundable and non-cancellable once a booking is confirmed, regardless of timeframe. This no-refund policy applies from the moment a booking is confirmed. By proceeding with a booking or payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Cancellation Procedures
If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking:
- You must notify Mishika Kochar in writing at hello@speakship.com as soon as possible.
- Cancellations do not entitle the client to a refund of any fees already paid.
- Any additional costs incurred due to cancellation (including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or third-party fees) will be borne by the client.
