Mark Schulman is an elite rock and pop drummer, renowned keynote speaker, and a former touring musician for world-class artists like P!NK and Cher. His career, which includes performing for over a billion people worldwide, has transitioned into a "rock show disguised as a keynote," where he brings his drum set on stage to teach powerful lessons on purpose, achievement, and high-level performance.
Schulman’s musical journey began at age two, leading to his first world tour with R&B legend Brenda Russell at 26. Over his three-decade career, his resume became a “Who’s Who” of international Rock n’ Roll royalty, including four record-breaking world tours with P!NK. Recognized by Modern Drummer as one of the 'Top 3 Pop-Rock Drummers,' his drumming has been featured on nearly every major international variety show, from The Grammys to The Tonight Show.
In 1992, Schulman discovered a natural gift for teaching through his first "drum clinic," an endeavor that evolved into nearly 1,000 global clinics. He honed this blend of performance and instruction into corporate presentations, often inspiring executives on his days off from world tours. This passion for connecting with audiences about performance lessons eventually led him to step off the touring stage to focus exclusively on his speaking career.
Beyond the stage, Schulman is a classically trained cellist, music producer, trained audio engineer, and studio co-owner. He is committed to education, having taught at the Los Angeles Music Academy and created a best-selling signature snare drum with Gretsch. His presentations leverage the extreme focus, relentless drive, and creativity required to thrive in the high-stakes music industry, offering audiences a one-of-a-kind experience for reaching new heights in achievement.
