Prithvi Shergill is a mission-driven leader, Human Capital Strategist, and Ecosystem Builder with over 35 years of global experience in business strategy, execution, and organizational transformation. He is deeply committed to enabling inclusive, high-impact organizations that prioritize people-first strategies and cultivate a culture of capability and contribution.

Shergill's extensive corporate career includes leadership roles at major global firms such as Accenture, HCL Technologies, SingTel, and AT&T. Notably, he served as the CHRO at HCL Technologies from 2012–2017, where he was instrumental in shaping business strategy and designing people practices that enhanced performance and productivity. His work focuses on applying expertise across Human Capital Strategy, Organizational Design, and optimizing the Talent Supply Chain.

He has successfully transitioned from executive leadership to a dedicated focus on building new ventures and providing advisory services. He is the co-founder of Smarten Spaces, where he is currently the Head of Talent Enablement and Workplace Design, and works as an independent consultant for breakthrough startups in the HR technology space.
