Dr. Lynda Gratton is a pioneering organizational psychologist, author, and thought leader who has dedicated her career to understanding the complex, highly impactful bond between people and organizations. As a Professor of Management Practice at London Business School (LBS), she is a world-leading expert on the Future of Work, providing a crucial roadmap for leaders navigating an era of unprecedented longevity and organizational change.

Gratton's academic influence is substantial: she designed and has led the highly-rated "Human Resource Strategy in Transforming Companies" program at LBS for over 20 years, and teaches one of the school’s most popular electives, "The Future of Work." She is also the founder of the advisory practice HSM Advisory, and through the Future of Work by HSM initiative, she has convened executives from more than 100 companies to strategically imagine and prepare for tomorrow's workplace.

She has articulated her point of view across a series of ten influential books, including The Shift (which won the business book of the year award in Japan) and The 100-Year Life, a bestseller that examines the profound impact of increased longevity on career structure.
