Wema Hoover is a visionary global leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), an executive coach, and a culture curator. Her career is defined by serving as the architect and driver of transformational change across Fortune 500 companies, including leading global DEI efforts for Google, Pfizer, Sanofi, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Her mission is to leverage DEI to activate employee engagement, build robust talent pipelines, and harness cultural competence to strengthen business performance.

Hoover’s extensive corporate experience includes overseeing the development of multiple global DEI councils and leading teams of more than 85 people, building internal capabilities related to belonging, unconscious bias, and global leadership.
