Dr. Timothy R. Clark is a highly unique leadership expert, renowned as both an Oxford-trained scholar and a former three-time CEO who specializes in organizational turnaround. He is the founder and CEO of LeaderFactor, an international leadership consulting firm. Clark’s expertise is defined by his ability to bridge the theory-to-practice gap, slicing through complexity and fads to distill the core, evidence-based principles of leadership, change, and innovation for global organizations.

Known affectionately as the “blue collar scholar,” Clark’s work is praised for its ability to find the practical application in his rigorous research, with instincts for both the executive suite and the shop floor. Dr. Clark holds a Ph.D. in Social Science from Oxford University, where he was both a Fulbright and British Research Scholar.
