Silberbauer's impact is defined by successfully leading digital transformation for globally recognized brands. At the LEGO Group, he led the company’s digital shift from the ground up, transforming its social media presence from non-existent to becoming the most engaging brand in the world on social media (2016) and the #1 toy brand on YouTube. His work at LEGO earned multiple top industry accolades, including Cannes Lions and an Emmy Award.

Following LEGO, he served as Senior Vice President of MTV Digital Studios (Paramount), successfully revitalizing the MTV brand across digital platforms through creator-led content and entertainment innovation. Earlier in his career, he directed global Brand, Marketing, and Digital strategy for the International Olympic Committee (IOC), modernizing the Olympic brand's reach across emerging digital platforms worldwide.

Most recently, as CMO at HMD Global (Nokia Phones), he spearheaded high-impact global campaigns, including the successful Barbie phone collaboration and the Boring Phone project with Heineken—a purpose-driven initiative around digital overconsumption.
